Lucia Fasungova MVDr MRCVS
Lucia is our exotic pet vet, she deals with all the unusual species of animals such as reptiles and birds as well the usual array of domestic pets. Lucia was educated in both the Slovak Republic and Illinois, USA before graduating as a vet from the Czech Republik in 2006. Lucia has many talents! She speaks several languages fluently and has spent time teaching English to Czech students as well as translating veterinary research papers into english.
She worked as a vet for two years in the north of England in an exotic pet practice gaining valuable experience in her chosen interest. She joined Manor Vets in August 2009 to take a leading role in the exotic pets department based at Edgbaston. Lucia also performs her duties as appointed vet to a number of local exotic pet visitor attractions in the Birmingham area.
