As you can appreciate, we are currently experiencing high volumes of calls, so it is taking longer than normal for us to answer you.  We thank you for your patience and understanding that during this time we are extremely busy with poorly patients whilst keeping in line with Government guidance and social distancing and operating with reduced staffing levels.  We apologise for any concern this maybe causing.

We are still operating an emergency only service, although for puppies and kittens that are at risk, we are now offering vaccinations (please be aware that a risk assessment will need to be carried out for each request). Please call your branch for further details.
