What to do when you arrive

Park up: On arriving to the practice please park in our customer parking area.

Call us: Stay warm in your car and call us. We will mark you as here and waiting. Please wait outside/in your vehicle until your appointment.

Allow extra time: Our teams are working hard to provide all care for pets during the pandemic. Please be patient, we may at times run behind schedule due to reduced staffing levels.

Please remember to wear a mask or face covering and keep a social distance from your vet.
