Manor Vets Cradley Heath Surgery was opened in 2004 and replaced the old RSPCA centre in Graingers Lane. After refurbishment and modernisation the premises now provide a spacious and welcoming modern practice. We have a lovely large waiting room so there is plenty of space for everyone visiting us. We also have a calm and inviting garden surrounding the practice with outside seating. Nervous animals can happily wait outside or in a quiet corner to ensure the minimum of stress during their visit. We also have a large secure car park for your ease and comfort.
We have a friendly, helpful and dedicated reception and nursing team. Our Head Nurse Louise Bingham keeps things running smoothly. We are a small team which gives us the opportunity to get to know our regulars, our nurses and receptionists love nothing more than catching up on the latest with your pet and before long we will know your, and your pet’s face, to say hello to. Our regular pets enjoy coming in to see their friends, which may have something to do with the treat bowls on reception for dogs and cats alike!
Our computer systems are all linked to ensure that your pet’s records are available at which ever branch you choose to visit. Our dedicated out of hours team are just down the road at our Kent Road branch, so should you need us out of hours or on weekends and bank holidays, there is always someone there, just a short distance away.
